American Remodeling Corp. was founded in 1999 by David Kenyon and Richard Harrison, two entrepreneurs who started their journey in the remodeling industry as door-to-door salesmen while attending college. Knocking on doors, they quickly learned the importance of customer trust, honest service, and quality craftsmanship—values that would later define the foundation of their own company.

Determined to create a company that put customers first, they founded American Remodeling Corp. in 2000. Their goal was simple: to provide high-quality remodeling services while ensuring homeowners felt supported and valued throughout the process. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing things the right way, they turned their vision into reality.

Over the years, what began as a small operation has grown into one of Maryland’s most trusted remodeling companies, specializing in roofing, exterior renovations, and full-home remodeling. Despite this growth, the values that started it all remain at the heart of everything we do: treating every home like our own, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, and ensuring that our customers feel informed and valued every step of the way.
