ARC’s Express Roof Check provides a fast, professional inspection of your roof using drone technology — typically completed in about 20 minutes.


One of our trained team members will fly the drone to capture high-resolution images of the entire roof, focusing closely on the critical areas of your roofing system such as flashing, vents, valleys, and ridge lines.

After the inspection, our representative reviews the findings and prepares a detailed report outlining the condition of your roof, any visible damage, and the number and type of shingles affected.

Our Express Roof Check is a visual inspection performed from the exterior and, when applicable, inside the attic. It is not a warranty or guarantee of roof performance or remaining service life.

Drone & Report Limitations
Drone inspections are conducted when weather and flight conditions allow. Image quality and coverage may vary based on environment and roof accessibility.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Inspections may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of inclement weather, unsafe roof conditions, or limited drone flight zones.

Customer Access & Safety
Homeowners and occupants should not attempt to access the roof or attic during inspection. ARC staff will share findings verbally or in writing at completion.

No Repairs During Visit
Our inspectors do not perform repairs, maintenance, or leak testing during the Express Roof Check. The purpose of this service is evaluation only.

Damage Identification
Inspectors identify visible damage and report findings based on observation. Hidden or underlying issues may exist and are not detectable without further inspection.

Attic Inspection (Complete Evaluation tier only)

The attic portion of the inspection is a visual review from the attic access point. Our inspector will remain at the ladder and use a high-powered flashlight to look for signs of rotting wood, mold growth, moisture intrusion, or other issues that are not visible during the exterior drone inspection. This is a non-invasive observation and does not include movement of insulation, stored items, structural components, or walking on attic framing.

Ventilation Evaluation (Complete Evaluation tier only)
The ventilation check is a visual, non-invasive review of the attic’s ventilation ports, baffles, and airflow pathways. The purpose is to provide the inspector’s professional opinion on whether ventilation appears adequate or if further evaluation may be needed. No airflow testing, measurements, or disassembly of ventilation components is performed.
