American Remodeling Corporation is hiring full time installers to support a variety of residential roofing and home improvement projects. This position is ideal for dependable individuals with hands on construction or installation experience who want steady in person work. Installers represent ARC on job sites, work with project managers each day, and help homeowners receive organized, professional results.

Service Area

This role reports to the Jessup, Maryland office and supports projects located throughout the region. Installers travel daily to ARC job sites and vendor locations across Maryland.

Position Overview

The Remodeling Installer position is part of the American Remodeling Corporation production team. You will take direction from Project Management staff, install materials according to manufacturer instructions, and help keep job sites clean and safe. Daily responsibilities include loading trucks, completing installations, and communicating progress to the office. This role requires physical, hands on work in active residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential roofing and remodeling installations
• Load and unload ARC trucks with materials and tools
• Follow project scopes provided by the Project Manager
• Use photos and measurements to complete work accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Pick up and return unused materials
• Remove debris from completed jobs
• Communicate daily progress to ARC office staff
• Assist other installers when additional support is needed
• Respect homeowner property and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands on construction or installation experience
• Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors
• Basic knowledge of home improvement materials
• Organized and dependable work habits
• Valid Maryland driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Working cellphone with data and service
• Bilingual applicants are preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Compensation for installers will vary based on experience, licenses, and skills. Pay structure and hourly rates are reviewed individually for each applicant during interview consideration.
