We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for an experienced home improvement professional who can manage schedules, coordinate materials, communicate clearly with homeowners, and support installers in the field.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing active residential construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and to company standards. This role requires strong organization, hands-on construction knowledge, and clear communication with homeowners, installers, and office staff.

Daily responsibilities include jobsite walk throughs, scheduling crews, coordinating materials, and assisting with punch-out items when needed. This is a leadership role that requires reliability, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential roofing and remodeling projects from start to completion
• Conduct jobsite walk throughs with homeowners and installers
• Schedule crews and manage project timelines
• Perform material takeoffs and pre-order materials
• Pick up and return unused materials as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and installers
• Track project details, notes, and photos
• Assist with punch-out items and final inspections
• Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project status
• Ensure work meets ARC quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
• Strong background in home improvement and remodeling trades
• Knowledge of interior remodeling and exterior construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs at once
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners and installers
• Organized, responsible, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Prior installation or contracting experience (required)

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience. American Remodeling Corporation provides a company vehicle and gas card. Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on project schedules.
