We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This full-time position fits a professional with experience in residential remodeling sales who knows how to build trust, guide homeowners through the remodeling process, and confidently close projects.

Service Area

While our office is in Jessup, MD, this role serves homeowners across Maryland, including Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, Baltimore County, Prince George’s County, and Carroll County, etc.

Position Overview

In this role, you are both a trusted advisor for homeowners and a clear communicator for American Remodeling Corporation.

You will meet with pre-qualified leads, assess project needs, gather measurements and photos, and help customers make informed decisions about their homes.

After each consultation, you will report to the office to prepare estimates, create contracts, order materials, and update the CRM. This process ensures accurate pricing and smooth transitions into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for roofing and remodeling projects
• Inspect properties and project areas, including siding, decks, windows, doors, and interior remodels
• Climb ladders and walk residential roofs to assess damage or replacement needs
• Collect photos, measurements, and detailed notes for project scopes
• Prepare accurate estimates in Xactimate or company software
• Present pricing, contracts, and financing options to secure signed agreements
• Set clear expectations with homeowners before work begins
• Track leads and job status in the company CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for proper material ordering
• Manage customer communication from sale through project closeout
• Communicate with insurance adjusters on claim based projects
• Provide onsite support during active jobs when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in residential remodeling sales
• Ability to close projects while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Physical ability to access and walk residential roofs (required)
• Solid understanding of home improvement products and processes
• Confidence in presenting estimates and contracts clearly
• Experience with Xactimate is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Organized, reliable, and goal focused
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (required)

Compensation

This role typically earns $80K+/Year on a Commission Based Pay Scale
