American Remodeling Corporation is hiring a dependable Material Runner to support daily production needs. This full time position fits an organized team member who can deliver materials, pick up debris, and help keep residential job sites running on schedule.

Service Area

Material Runners report to our Jessup, MD office each workday and support projects throughout the region. The role requires regular local travel to vendors, supply houses, and ARC job sites across Maryland, including Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, Baltimore County, Prince George’s County, and Carroll County, etc.

Position Overview

The Material Runner position is part of the core support staff at American Remodeling Corporation. You will receive assignments from the Project Management team and spend most of your time in the field. Daily tasks include material delivery, returning unused items, and removing debris from completed jobs. This role requires safe and reliable driving, attention to detail, and steady communication with the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver construction materials to residential job sites
  
• Pick up and return unused materials
  
• Collect and remove debris from completed projects
  
• Load and unload ARC trucks as needed
  
• Track receipts and purchase orders
  
• Keep the material warehouse clean and organized
  
• Move tools and equipment between jobs
  
• Support installers and field crews when necessary
  
• Maintain ARC vehicles and follow safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Valid Maryland driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from Jessup office
• Ability to lift and carry materials each day
• Basic knowledge of construction materials
• Organized and dependable work habits
• Clear communication with ARC office staff
• Bilingual applicants are preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Compensation for the Material Runner role is hourly based pay. Current starting pay is from $17.00 per hour, and wage details are negotiable based on experience.  This position can lead to advancement into Project Management for the right candidate.
