American Remodeling Corporation is expanding our canvassing team and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy speaking with homeowners and working outdoors. This part time position offers consistent weekday hours and a straightforward bonus structure tied to every qualified appointment you generate.

Service Area

This position works from assigned neighborhoods and communities throughout Central Maryland. Canvassers meet at target areas or the Jessup office and spend each shift on the road talking with local homeowners.

Position Overview

The Door-to-Door Canvasser role is part of the American Remodeling Corp. marketing team. You will walk planned routes, use a short script, and enter appointment details through company mobile apps. Canvassers report progress to the Canvassing Manager each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk assigned neighborhoods Monday through Friday
• Speak with homeowners using provided script
• Schedule and confirm free in-home consultations
• Submit lead details and appointment times through ARC lead form apps
• Communicate regularly with the Canvassing Manager

Compensation

Door-to-Door Canvassers are paid $17/hr on a part time schedule. Additionally, canvassers earn $50 dollars for every qualified appointment they generate. This role uses a performance based commission pay scale that rewards activity and scheduled consultations. Paychecks are issued weekly.
