Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated team member to support the Project Management staff at American Remodeling Corporation. The right candidate will work directly with homeowners, installers, and vendors to help projects move forward on schedule. Customer service skills and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Position Overview

The Assistant Project Manager reports to the Jessup office each workday and takes direction from the Project Manager. Daily responsibilities include jobsite walk throughs, material pre ordering, and general support tasks for ARC roofing and remodeling projects. This role is a mix of office assignments and field activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take direction and assist the Project Manager daily
  • Perform jobsite walk throughs with homeowners
  • Pre order materials for upcoming jobs
  • Pick up and return unused materials
  • Coordinate with installers and vendors
  • Track receipts and project details
  • Support crews during active projects
  • Provide general job assistance as needed
  • Maintain organized notes and photos
  • Communicate clearly with ARC office staff

What We're Looking For

  • Entry level or assistant project management experience
  • Previous experience in home improvement
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clear and professional communication with homeowners
  • Ability to work with installers and field crews
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials
  • Valid Maryland driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cell phone with service
  • Bilingual applicants are preferred
  • Installation experience is a plus

Compensation

This is an entry level, full time position with earning potential of $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

Pay is negotiable based on experience and responsibilities.
