American Remodeling uses the same estimating program as 90% of insurance companies (Xactimate). This means while completing insurance claim projects, we can perform the repairs at the same cost that your insurance company has estimated.
Free Settelement Services
We offer free claim settlement services when we are contracted to do the work. We can assist in mortgage company endorsements, depreciation recovery, supplements if needed, assessments, inspections and meeting your insurance representative on site to negotiate the scope of work and exact costs.
Preferred Contractor
We are a preferred contractor with Travelers Insurance. We also have passed the review process for Nationwide, USAA, AllState and many other insurance prodivers. We are experts in Maryland homeowners insurance and its coverages.
As always we perform the work before we get paid.
